Rambler Data Deletion

Request permanent removal of your Rambler account, specific data, or all associated data.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have two options to request deletion of your Rambler data:

Option 1: In the Rambler App

Open the Rambler app and sign in to your account.
Navigate to Profile from the navigation menu.
To delete all data: scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
To delete specific data only: scroll to Data Privacy, select categories, and confirm deletion. Your account stays active.

Option 2: Web Form Below

If you cannot access the app, use the form below to submit a deletion request. We will process your request and send a confirmation to your email.

Data That Is Deleted

When you request full account deletion, the following personal data is permanently removed:

Account credentials — email, username, phone number
Driver profile — display name, city, bio, avatar photo
Trip & earnings data — ride logs, earnings history, tips, distance, duration
Competition data — tournament entries, rankings, scores
Forum content — posts, replies, likes
Map data — saved pins, pin photos, comments
Investment records — investment requests, offers, matched investments
Gig platform connections — linked platform accounts (DoorDash, Uber, etc.)
Property jobs — property recon requests, submitted photos, GPS verification data
Fund transactions — deposits, withdrawals, prize payouts, entry fees
Reports — any reports you filed against other users

Data That May Be Retained

Financial transaction records — anonymized payment records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance. These records do not contain personally identifiable information after account deletion.
Stripe payment records — subscription and payment history stored by Stripe may be retained per Stripe's own data policies. Contact Stripe directly to request deletion of payment data.
Aggregated analytics — anonymized, aggregated usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

Retention period: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Data retained for legal compliance is kept in anonymized form only and cannot be linked to your identity.

Account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.

Want to delete only certain data without closing your account? Open the Rambler app, go to Profile → Data Privacy, and select which data categories to remove.
